These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and LeenStudio Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates ("LeenStudio," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at leen.studioand any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
LeenStudio is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) analytics platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze Instagram video content. The Service provides creators, agencies, and brands with virality scoring, content diagnostics, performance benchmarking, and actionable recommendations to improve their Instagram video strategy.

LeenStudio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password or using a supported third-party authentication provider. You agree to:
You may not share your account credentials with others, create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations, or transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent.
LeenStudio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:
LeenStudio operates as an analytics tool relying on publicly accessible Instagram data. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with Instagram's Terms of Use and any applicable platform policies.
The Service and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the AI models, scoring algorithms, software, text, graphics, logos, and user interfaces — are owned by LeenStudio Ltd. and are protected by UAE intellectual property laws and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable fees, LeenStudio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By submitting content (including video files, Instagram handles, or profile data), you grant LeenStudio a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it to train our models without your explicit consent.
The analysis results, reports, and insights generated by the Service are provided for your use. You may not resell or redistribute AI-generated reports as a standalone product without our written consent.
Certain features of the Service are available only through paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page at the time of your subscription.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. LeenStudio does not store your full payment card details. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period except where required by applicable law.
LeenStudio reserves the right to change subscription pricing upon thirty (30) days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If any payment fails, we may suspend access to your account until the outstanding balance is resolved. All fees are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified, and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which remain your responsibility.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that the Service processes publicly available Instagram data. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data of third parties you submit or cause to be processed through the Service is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LeenStudio does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated scores and recommendations are probabilistic in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific content performance outcome. You acknowledge that reliance on any analysis provided by the Service is at your own risk.
LeenStudio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data sourced from Instagram or other third-party platforms, as such data is subject to changes outside our control.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEENSTUDIO LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LEENSTUDIO'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LEENSTUDIO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account through the account settings page or by contacting us at support@leen.studio.
LeenStudio may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Analysis results and reports associated with your account will be permanently removed within 30 days of account closure, unless required to be retained by law.
Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Contact / Governing Law) shall survive the termination of these Terms.
LeenStudio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email to the address associated with your account at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at leen.studio/terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
